Oracle Forms

We recently upgraged from 6i to 10g (9.0.4). Our users like the short-cut keys and use them often. However, the update record shortcut (Ctrl+U) is not working. Others seem to be working fine. I can not figure out why or where to look next.

I tried changing it to Ctrl+D (and the JFN to 68), in the res file, but it still didn't work.

So I figure the problem is somewhere else. We have button pallettes on most of the forms including an update button so I thought perhaps that has something to do with it but we also have a button for 'query' and other functions which work fine with the hot keys.

Any thoughts on what to check next?
