CTAS with nologging option

My database version is 10.2.0.1.0.

I have one table with 20 million rows. I have a requirement to create new 10 tables from that table. I am using CTAS with nologging to speed up the process.

My main question is that "Is CTAS with nologging is generally acceptable in production environment?"
