".csv]excelsheet_name[1]" Microsoft Excel has encountered a problem.

I am Having a problem with functionality of "Report Export" Option.
I have a region which shows some statistical data and it allows the user to export the data to excel sheet. so the user can either save the sheet or open online, both options works fine.
Problem occurs only when the user opens the file online. other wise it's works fine, i mean if he/she saves and opens it.
1. Name of the file in excel starts with ".csv]excelsheet_name[1]".
because of this user can't generate any chart's on the data.
and user gets the following error message
"Microsoft Excel has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
Please can any body help me.
