CScript Error

I'm assisting a customer with the Critical Patch Update. When they attempt to run command line cscript //nologo install.js an CScript Error message pops-up stating execution on Windows Script Host failed. <Not enough storage is available to complete this operation.>
We checked the hard drive and there's more than enough space to run this operation. Any assistance is GREATLY aprreciated.
