Crystal Reports: failed logon when connecting with Oracle Database via ODBC

Hi,

Last week I rebuilt my pc. After installing all software I tried to make a report in crystal reports prof 10 but I couldn't connect with the oracle databse(s) via odbc driver.
The error i received is:
Logon Failed: Details:IM003: Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error 127 (Oracle in v102030).
Using another ODBC driver (older one) generated next error message: Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-12514: TNS:listener could not resolve SERVICE_NAME given in connect descriptor.

I could use some help on this issue.
