Crystal Reports

All,

Im into a J2ee Development project and we are using STRUTS 1.1, ECLIPSE 2.1 for Servlet[ActionClasses] and JSPs and for reports we are using Crystal Reports Enterprise 9.0.

Whenever we generate a report from online screen[We have button/link and on click of that, report gets generated and exported as PDF], we are facing a problem. Like, if we are trying to open more than one report at the same time from online, then server is not at all responding. Again we have to do restart of Report Application Server and then do the samething.

Does anybody come across such a situation in any of ur projects or if you have any idea as to why is it coming so that I can put a fix for that ?
