Crystal Ball Products

After purchasing the licence from Oracle Store I got this mail from Oracle:
"Thank you for your inquiry. Please note that you did not purchase Crystal Ball Products and therefore are not entitled to Crystal Ball license codes. For the product you did purchase (Oracle Database Enterprise Edition - Named User Plus Perpetual) a license key is not required. You can download the software that corresponds to this license on the Oracle E-Delivery Website http://edelivery.oracle.com/"
What are Crystal Ball Products? And how will i get access to metalink?
