Cryptix JCE distribution

Hi.
I am in need of the following jars:
1. cryptix-jce-provider.jar
2. cryptix-jce-api.jar
they are part of Cryptix JCE distribution package.

I have tried downloading them from sun, but with no luck.
In following link:

it is stated that the JCE has been integrated into the Java 2 SDK, v 1.4
I have donwloaded and installed the SDK, and still didn't find the
two jars.

The problem, is that my application needs these files in its
classpath, and prompts for the javax.crypto.SecretKey

I appreciate any help,
