CRS Integrity Issue

Hi all

I am using 11GR2 on Windows.

We have been having problems with ASM, as a result I ran a check as per this article;

The output from which is below:

Verifying CRS integrity

Checking CRS integrity...

ERROR:
Oracle Cluster Registry initialization failed accessing Oracle Cluster Registry device: PROC-26: Error while accessing the physical storage ORA-29701: unable to connect to Cluster Synchronization Service

ERROR:
PRVF-5300 : Failed to retrieve active version for CRS on this node

CRS integrity check failed

Verification of CRS integrity was unsuccessful on all the specified nodes.

Anyone have any ideas where I go from here?
