CRS_HOME and ORACLE_HOME in RAC 10g

Hi,

While installing CRS_HOME and ORACLE_HOME on linux for 2 Node Rac setup
i have provided /u01/app/oracle/crs for CRS_HOME and then selected 2 nodes in it.

Similarly provided /u01/app/oracle/software for ORA_HOME and selected 2 nodes.

I am not clear whether the CRS_HOME and ORACLE_HOME are shared by both the nodes as the filesystem location is specifed as same.

Could you please clarify.
