CRS-4535: Cannot communicate with Cluster Ready Services

Hi All,

I can not fix issue with cluster

Before I reconfigured ASM Diskgroup, I have 2 ASM disk and I dismount one and create as second diskgroup, after create DB and its working fine, but after restart any DB can not started.

it seems first node is up, second is down

# ./crsctl stat res -t -init
