CRS-2797 when trying to stop crs. How do I find the process that is running?

Oracle RAC 2-Node cluster on IBM AIX power (64-bit) VERSION 12.1.0.2

$ sudo /app/12.1.0/grid/bin/crsctl stop crs

CRS-2797: Shutdown is already in progress for 'plmdbprfrk1p', waiting for it to complete

How do I find the shutdown process that is already running?
