Cross Site Scripting (XSS) security vulnerability

JDeveloper 11.1.2.1

I have a requirement to ensure that 'The appplication does not have cross site scripting vulnerabilities'.

Does JDeveloper, ADF, .jsf provide a mechanism for stopping an XSS security breach?
