Cross Platform database Migration from Linux to Solaris Spark

Hi,

We have 12cR1 database running on Red Hat Linux. We need to migrate it to Solaris Spark platform. We will use RMAN method for the migration.

Please let us know what are the steps we need to follow as it is cross platform migration. If you give command/SQL script that will be helpful.
