CRON_EXPRESSION to timestamp

i have a table which store the CRON jobs schedule. the CRON_EXPRESSION is given like 00 40 19,21,23 ? * MON-SAT which means At 07:40 PM, 09:40 PM and 11:40 PM, Monday through Saturday (this i came to formulate using Cron Expression Descriptor ). is there any function which i can use to convert this CRON_EXPRESSION in time stamp.
