critical problem production database pls help me

hi experts

in my production database delete databafile online datafie,

i hv backup is taken last days means 14/05/07
but
when i hv issue the following command then error is occure

alter database recover datafile '/oradata/nmmc/gis_data01.dbf'
*

ORA-00283: recovery session canceled due to errors

ORA-10567: Redo is inconsistent with data block (file# 11, block# 15187)

ORA-10561: block type 'TRANSACTION MANAGED DATA BLOCK', data object# 33679

pls solve immediately
