Critical:Database - Access violation errors have been found

I always receive error access violation & Generic internal errors, The DB is still up and running and I haven't noticed any problems.

Any help would be appreciated as these baffle me:

ORA 600 [pesld02: nlui] for Generic Internal errors

ORA 7445 [penglur()+172] for Access Violation

I am running 11.2.0.2 on a machine with Oracle Linux Server 5.6
