Creme VM on ipaq 3870

Hi,

I've got an ipaq 3870 pocket pc and downloaded Creme from nsicom,but when I try to install it, it says that an installation file is missing...does anybody know what this means?...I absolutely need Creme for my avetana-bluetooth project
