Creation DRM application error

Dear DRM members,

I am a beginner at DRM software, I got a problem below message in DRM console when I create a drm application and test connection.

Messages:
DRM-11023: CONNECTION WAS ESTABILISHED WITH THE SERVER THE CONNECTION PARAMETERS DO NOT REFERENCE A VALID DRM DATABASE.
Exception ORA-00942 table or view does not exist.

After DRM Installation on windows 7 64bit, I have made 2 or 3 applications, but the sever icon is green arrow, the application icon is red square, service does not working.

I cound not solove this problem, This is my first step at ORACLE DRM.
