Creating Primary key Index as Local Partitioned Index.

CREATE TABLE T1(
x NUMBER,
y NUMBER
)PARTITION BY LIST(x)
(
PARTITION P1 VALUES (1),
PARTITION P2 VALUES (2),
PARTITION Pmax VALUES (default)
);

ALTER TABLE T1 ADD CONSTRAINT T1_PK PRIMARY KEY(Y) LOCAL;
