We have a need of creating an on premise Essbase Application from PBCS. I shall layout the steps i performed and then others can chime in to correct /advise better ways.

Extract Essbase Data Folder from the most recent snapshot.

Create an BSO cube on premise.- Stop the application & Database.

Copy the data base folder to the on premise EssbaseServer/app folder.

Modify the esm file to point to the local essbase directory.

Restart the Application and Database.

Still do not see any data in the database.
