Creating Kubernetes cluster

I am new to Oracle Cloud.I have signed in using my oracle email id.I belive few features are restricted.
I am trying to create Kubernetes cluster,In Create cluster option,I am not seeing any dropdown value for
Shape .
Shape field is mandatory to move to next page.
how i can proceed?
