Creating iBot problem??

Hi friends,
I need to create iBots.
When I'm trying to save ibots I'm getting the following error:

Oracle BI Scheduler Error: [nQSError: 12008] Unable to connect to port 9705 on machine SVRMSPORA03. [nQSError: 12010] Communication error connecting to remote end point: address = SVRMSPORA03; port = 9705. [nQSError: 12002] Socket communication error at call=: (Number=-1) Unknown

Then I tried to run BI Scheduler and I got the following error:

"Could not start the Oracle BI Server service on Local Computer Error 1064:An exception occured in the service when handling the control request"

How to solve this problem.

Help appreciated.
