Creating flowchart from Oracle database

Hello, does anybody know anything about creating a flow chart using fields from an Oracle Database(without using Visual Basic).
In forms it is possible to pass information via bookmarks into a Worddocument,
manipulate and store it into the database. I would like to do the same, for example by using MS
Visio.
