Creating EXCEL file from Oracle Form

I am creating an Excel file from an Oracle Form and I have a problem with formatting numbers that have more then 2 decimals. Any format I use is not good, both usual Oracle formats and Excel formats. If I have more then 2 decimals, Excel considers every 3 numerals as whole numbers and separates them by point although i didn't used "1000 separators" in my format.
Does anyone know how to deal with numbers with more than 2 decimals?
