Creating Connection to Content Respository For webcenter tutorial

I am a beginner to Webcenter technology. I am now trying out the tutorial provided in the following link.

For this I installed JDeveloper and able to continue till chapter 5 (template/skin). Then chapter 6 is about connecting Universal Content Management (UCM) Repository. Here I am not able to connect to respository. Shall I need to install any s/w like something Oracle Content Server?

Else what value I should enter for "Server Host Name" and "Content Server Listener Port", so that I should able to create connecton successfully.

Any help is most appreciated.
