Creating business action with Opaque datatype

Hi,
We have a situation where we need to create the business action with no XSD or ECS file.
Both translation and validation will be turned off.
TP A will FTP data lo location on our host, we need to pick it up and send to another TP.
There is no transformation/business logic involved.
we just have to pick it up and send it to another trandingPartner.

I tried to create the business actin without providing the ECS and XSD, but getting the following error:

An error occurred when creating the business action.
Error -: AIP-11052: Writing following objects: Document Type failed due to following constraint violation: DOCUMENTTYPE. CAN NOT UPDATE UNVERSIONABLE OBJECT IN A VALIDATED CONFIGURATION.

I am not sure, if this error comes if we dont provide the ECS and XSD or for something else.
Can somone help me with this situation.
