Creating BI Publisher Report

I am currently able to create a report in BI PUblisher 11.1.1.5 using SQL Query for my data model. If I select Oracle BI Analysis and select from directory BI Catalog Home --> shared --> Financials --> Budget vs. Actual --> FinQuery and click OK, I get the following error:

oracle.xdo.XDOException: oracle.xdo.XDOException: Unable to create saw session. please verify the server connection

Has anyone seen this error before or is the issue because there are spaces in the folder I am trying to connect to?
