Creating application roles at runtime

Does ADF support the following requirements through ADF security?

1. Creating new application roles at run-time
2. Assigning users to those new roles at run-time
3. Assigning taskflow/pageDef permissions (grants) to those new roles at run-time

If it is supported, can you please point me to the documents or other resources for further info on this.

Note: I use MS Active Directory for authentication.
