Creating a standalone DB in a RAC node

Grid and RDBMS Home version: 11.2.0.2

We have 2-node cluster with 3 DBs running from 11.2 RDBMS HOME. One of our teams want a standalone test db in Node1 of this cluster . Datafiles for this DB will be stored in Local Filesystem.
Can I use the existing RDBMS HOME used by the RAC DBs to create this standalone DB?
