Creating a Region: The template is always "standard"

Hello,

I've noticed that always when you create a region and you define the template, for example "No template":

It doesn't change this definition. It always changes to "Standard" template.

Have you seen this?
It happens with another regions?

For this test I used:
Google Chrome
APEX 5.0.1.00.06
