Creating a PDF Report with Multiple Queries where there are images (APEX)

Hi everyone, please help me.

I need to present a PDF Report with multiple queries but one of this has an image. I got the PDF report with these instructions like this link (http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/testcontent/apexprnt-otn-084343.html) but the image doesn't show.

My first query has text, my second query has an image, everything from de data base. When I produce the PDF report query with multiple queries it shows all the information except the image.

If I generate the report with just one query, my image is shown, but it isn't shown with multiple queries.

Someone can help me please!!!
