Creating a new PDB user - Oracle 18c XE

Hi,
inside my Oracle 18 XE local installation I've tried to create a new user by SQL Developer in this way:
image.pngWhen I try to use this new user to connect it I've an error about the validity of the username or the password, that I've controlled more times:
