Creating a Flat File Module Using OWB 11.1 Client

Hi,
I am using OWB 11g with 10.2 DB. I am using client and server is in other machine. Now if want to create Oracle Database location i can create from my machine itself and create the corresponding locations from my machine itself.
But if i want create a Flat File Module. Can anyone tell me how to create the flatfile Module using my machine?
