Creating a Date Dimension Table

Hello Guys,

I am designing the physical layer for a health dept and I have found that there is no date dimension table. There are many tables(about 13 tables) which have multiple date columns in the format YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS.000 Can anyone let me know how to create a date dimension table and map the dates in these different tables to the date dimension table that I will be creating. Thank You.
