Creating A connection with ERP Adapter on OIC

I tried to create a connection on OIC using ERP Cloud adapter with security policy OAuth authorization code credentials
but i got this error when testing the connection
CASDK-0004: Error while connecting to the URL - http://<FA POD>.oraclecloud.com/soa-infra; Unauthorized [401]Authentication Failure
