APEX

Hi,

i am trying to create a blog website. iam not user whether APEX is the best tool to create a blog application.
i heard there are many freeware tools for creating blogs which have built-in advanced templates for blogs.

Can someone guide me a tool which will be most efficient and free tool to create blog application?

or can someone tell me whether using apex, it is possible to create a good database driven blog application?

if someone knows of any sample APEX blog application, can you please send me link to the code.

Please reply asap. i need to make the decision by tomorrow.
