Created an ADF form from a Human Task - how to get other human tasks to use the same ADF form?

We are new to ADF forms and we have a simple workflow with a few different human tasks.

From the Initiator task, I right clicked it, and automatically generated an ADF form.

The rest of the human tasks have the same payload, and I just want the other human tasks to use the same ADF form I have already created. How do I do this?
