create web service in Oracle Application Express,

Hi...

I have developed an application at apex 3.2.1 . I use oracle 11g for windows 2003 server

I have to call a web service to finish project

link is http://services.kocaeli.bel.tr/AddressModule/Service.asmx?wsdl

how will I call a web service with this link at apex

good working...
