Create User in Active Directory

I am creating users in Microsoft Active Directory via OPSS. The user ID is populated under the "Pre-Windows 2000" field. Does anyone know how to populate the user in the Account User Login Name field, and select the domain?

For example, user jsmith in domain ldap.yada.com should be populated with logon "jsmith@ldap.yada.com".
