SQL Developer for VS Code

I saw this post by Jeff Smith which mentions:

I need help creating or editing a table, where is the ‘Wizard?’
There’s a lot of work to be done, but this is high on our list!

This article was written nearly a year ago. Is there a status update on this feature?
