Create Table and Insert Statement

Hi All,

Many times when a question is asked on OTN then experts wants to provide create table and insert scripts but some time tables are of more then 200 columns and column used in queries where help is required are very less.

DBA's are not giving execute access on database but read only for selects so is there any way to get CREATE table statement and insert statement using only select statement to post data required for posted question support ?
