Create shared member in HFM 9.2

Hello All,

I'm new in HFM. I need a help to create shared member in HFM.

Now in the below example, I'm trying to copy 1241 member in "LTDTax" hierarchy through FInancial Management desktop client by selecting Manage Metadata. Then I open the xml file in the client and try to create the member under LTDTax hierarchy. But it's giving me error saying "Member already exist". I know we can create shared member in HFM hierarchy by modifying the xml files, but I don't know the easiest solution. Can you please help me out. Thanks in advance.
