Create PROD db copy for UAT

Hi all,

We want to create a PROD copy of our database to be installed at our UAT server.

Since our PROD db has dataguard physical standby PRODDR, I want to restore the backup of this so I wont give much stress on the PROD copying its data.

I know how to restore an RMAN backup using the PRIMARY backup. But I do not know how to restore an RMAN backup of a standby db backup.

Can you help me what is the difference between the two?
