Create Procedure - Failing with 404 Resource not found

Workflow or API calls:

Create surgical history for a patient for our new customer using the endpoint:

https://fhir-ehr.cerner.com/r4/{source id}/Procedure

Background Information:

We are attempting to create a Procedure resource through our API when the patient adds surgical history details in our app. However, the API call is failing with a 404 – Resource not found error.

Actual Result:

Failed 404 - Resource not found

Kindly assist in identifying the cause of this issue or guide us on this to create the Procedure successfully.
