Create Panel Accordion in JDeveloper12C

I am trying hands on to create web page by following the tutorial from the below link.

Oracle JDeveloper 12c Tutorials(12.1.3) - Developing User Interfaces with ADF Faces Rich Client Components

Step 2: Designing a Page using a Page Template

Point # 6

"Create Panel Accordion" , I am unable to find this window.

Also point #13

"Create Panel Tabbed", I am unable to find these window, please help me with the navigation.
