Create Oracle Job by Quarter

Hi,
I would like to create a job that should be executed by quarter : each 2nd sunday for March, June, September and December.

repeat_interval => 'FREQ=YEARLY; BYMONTH=3,6,9,12; BYDAY=2SAT'

I have doubts about the Byday clause?! how to say 2nd sunday for month?!
