create migration project fails but no error message

HI all,

Newbie question....

We're looking at a proof of concept for APEX, migrating a read only form (which includes a pll and olb file) using the Create Migration Project.

After converting and loading the 3 files, we click on the Create button. Apex goes away for a little while and then returns with an error

Error in XML processing : <form_fmb.xml>

Contact your application administrator.

We're doing this on the Oracle Apex cloud as a test. How / where can we see the detail of the error?
