Create, make visible/invisible - Hyperlinks to call forms in a form

Hi Guys,

I have a requirement of creating links in a calling form to launch different forms depending on some application logic.

If user has some specific application access then specific links should be visible to him rest should be invisible.

How can I acheive this?

Do I need to use PJC for this? Or can I acheive this in generic way without any PJC?

If anyone can give me steps to do it both PJC and generic way then it will be great help.
