Create indexes with NOLOGGING option

Hi,

Can you please provide solution on the following scenario?

If I create indexes with NOLOGGING option on Tablespace which is created with the LOGGING option, can you please let me know what effects on database?

If I create indexes with NOLOGGING option on Tables which are created with the LOGGING option, can you please let me know it is increase performance during create / rebuild indexes?
